BIOS won't recognize bootable USB - Aspire E5-571-7776

I have a proven bootable USB and no matter which port I plug it into the BIOS won't recognize it. So far I have disabled secure boot, enabled f12 menu. Set boot priority to all USB drives first. I tried legacy. I reflashed the live USB to work with UEFI. No luck. So I flashed the current update to the BIOS and no luck. I'm pulling my hair out here. I even did a work around trick I have done in the past. I mounted the drive and ran the installer within Windows. It asked if I wanted to dual boot so I clicked yes and it rebooted into the installer but then gave an error message of no boot device detected. So no luck again. I have installed a dual boot system more times than I can count and I'm running out of ideas. Im thinking its factory set not to boot from usb or something. Any ideas. Oh and I'm installing Debian, not that it matters.

I don't know anything about Debian. I can't help you with Debian. If you want to learn how to install MInt or Ubuntu, you can read my posts in links below.

Oh ok...sorry about that.
My only suggestions would be the following in no particular order. Good luck.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BARoOCatviE
https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34843/~/acer-internal-battery-reset
Reset CMOS (remove the CMOS battery for about an hour)
Remove that HDD/SSD.
Load the BIOS defaults (F9) and then save/exit (F10).I'm not an Acer employee.0 -

On my Aspire V3-112P I had to set up a Supervisor Password ((which unlocks some BIOS options) DO NOT FORGET IT), I then set the Boot Mode to LEGACY and enabled F12 Boot Menu.
With my bootable USB (Had a Windows ISO on it) in I rebooted and held down F12 and selected the USB and installed windows.

Your USB is not correctly formatted to boot from your BIOS, format and install the proper boot files so that the USB boots. You can't just put a USB into a laptop and expect it to boot with an OS .ISO file if it doesn’t have the appropriate boot files. Use either Rufus to do this and to boot your Debian – Ubuntu OS or look at this guide “How to create a Debian Bootable USB in Windows 10”
