    >>>my problem was 1st Win 10 upgrade>>>

Some folks might call this a mistake instead of a problem. :) If Win10 Device Manager shows no red or yellow warning symbols---and if it no longer has a generic Windows imaging devices folder that Win8.1 had---and if the Win10 downgrade hasn't deleted the hidden factory recovery partition on the hard disk---and if it was my ZC-700G---I would upgrade back to Win8.1. At least this way I'd have some Windows system stability until 2023 whereas with Win10 I might have more device headaches than just the webcam when the next Win10 update gets installed.  Jack E/NJ

Windows 10 Home, my problem was 1st Win 10 upgrade, webcam no longer was listed in Device Manager, I've tried several downloads from ACER non have worked, I did ask for support with ACER soon after I noticed problem, and tech informed me that no fix was available, did ask me to send it in for repairs here in USA, i did not, now warranty gone, still no Crystal eye, got me fingers crossed, thanks in advance for any help you may have, Will

Well that's certainly another way to solve the webcam problem! Let's hope the next update doesn't create some other issues. Good luck and let us know if anything else happens. Jack E/NJ
