Hi guys, first of all sorry about my english - it's not perfect :)
I have problems with my Acer Predator. When I remove the charger the laptop turns off randomly (maybe when I move it, I am not sure). When I press power button again then it turns on, but after 1-2 minutes for example turns off again. This is only when I remove the charger, so I think it's battery issue. I've tried Acer Care Center checkup for the battery - it says "Status: good". I don't know what to do. I don't want to use my laptop as PC. Do you have an idea how to fix this?

P.S. I've already tried battery reset without success.

You can try updating the BIOS, if it doesn't help then you should contact Acer support.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
