Hello,
I am having what I hope is a small issue with my predator GPU fan. Under predator sense, the CPU fan works flawlessly. When I attempt to control the GPU fan it stays at 0 rpm.
Does this mean the fan isn't working. Before, I could control it. I had another issue with my NVIDA graphics card and it would not function after a windows update. I was able to fix this issue myself by reinstalling the NVIDA graphic card drivers. I am also starting to wonder if this fan issue is because of windows updates and wiping out the drivers. I reinstalled predator sense with the latest version from acer and then to be safe I underclocked the CPU sometimes the temperatures would reach almost 90c in the CPU during heavy gaming. Now, the underclocked gpu runs at a more reasonable temp. Also I updated the bios to the latest.

What I am wondering is, I looked under device manager and 5 fans are listed and shouldn't I get a error message when a fan fails? I need some advice for what the next course of action should be. The computer seems to run fine even with the fan issue and a underclocked GPU. It would just be nice if I could solve it without shipping off the computer back to Acer.
