Hello guys!

I have questions for my laptop model Acer Aspire E5 - 573. My Fn key not working whenever i press on Fn + right and Fn + down.

Besides that, when i playing FIFA games by using keyboard, the arrow keyboard does not function well especially on left and down. The keyboard does not read my command when i press button left and down simultaneously.

Is that this problem came when incomplete update of my laptop? Because i have disconnecting the internet while my laptop was updating. But then i have uninstall the updated software (Microsoft).
After uninstall i having the same problem.

Please help me solve my problem.

Thanks in advance.

Well, there is a possibility that you've interrupted the keyboard driver update on your Windows update. You can either update your keyboard driver manually or use a USB keyboard which will completely install a new driver all together m8.

    Hey buddy,

    1. Did it ever work before when you first bought it?
    2. Did it stop working after the incomplete update?

Can you get the Hardware ID of the driver? Do you know how to obtain one or can I help you with that?

Ok, if it worked before and didn't work after the "incomplete update" then I would assume it is the driver or window is corrupt.

Like Rany2j suggested, you can get the driver by knowing the Hardware ID.

I also would like to suggest you run SFC (system file check)
Open up command prompt and run "sfc /scannow" without the quotations and sit back and wait until it's completed.
