    Ok, good luck hunt.  Don't forget that Samsung has paid technical support people that are supposed to be able to help you with your new purchase of your Samsung SSD.  They should be able to walk you through on how to clone and get it up and running.  Your Samsung SSD came with Samsung software.  Good luck.

    I don't know what you are talking about .The only thing in the package was the M.2 device and warranty info.

    As far as a tech walking me through it isn't going to happen. I have one cell phone I use for a hot spot and it will not allow me to talk on it and use hot spot at the same time. Ive tried to talk to a tech and have to hang up phone then try to reconnect to same tech. Not gonna happen. Thanks but I'm screwed and I have accepted it.
