I just took the unit out of the box and in trying to set it up, on-screen tells me that my account has been disabled speak to my system administrator. Now it takes me to Other users to sign in and I do not have any users set up so I have no pw set for anyone. How can I proceed to get in and set up the unit?

Was the dealer using it as a demo device maybe? It shouldn't have been setup with an account already. You typically tell it how to log into your wireless network, then login using your Microsoft account to get things setup initially, but it sounds like someone has done that already.

I'd take it back to the dealer and have them reset it as my first choice. If you bought it online you can search here for resetting it to factory defaults in order to get the same result.
