Is it normal that my temps are between 70c-85c while playing Cities Skyline?

I have undervolted my laptop with the XTU to -0.160V and it is obviously is a Predator G3-571 with a i7 Quad Core 7700 HQ, 16GB of RAM, and when i play my fans are on auto, sometimes on max and it goes to 60. When it's idle it's around 55c-60c. Is this safe AND normal? I'd say no... should i return it?

Its hot but not fatal. There are only a few things you can do to bring them down: better airflow via cooling pad, undervolt via ThrottleStop, or re-pasting the CPU/GPU.
