    Hi @ jq345

Does the system runs perfectly with integrated graphics?

Please boot the device with the integrated graphics card, Turn off Quick Boot in BIOS.
Shut down. Remember your BIOS shortcut key (e.g., Delete) and how to save and close (e.g., F10).
Plug in power for GTX. Turn on, but there will be no display. Hit your BIOS shortcut key. F10 and save out.

Have you updated the BIOS on your computer?
Power down, remove the GTX card, power up, go into your bios, disable secure boot, enable legacy devices, save/exit, power down, add gtx card and you should be good to go.
