hola hace poco tube problemas con el sistema operativo por lo cual llamee a asistencia y ??

bueno y de ahi le comente mi problema y me dijo que volviera a la restauracion de fabrica y lo hice y ya despues el sistema me decia error pero luego se me olvido comentarle que alguien ya habia hecho los discos de restauracion

Ahora es si al momento de prenderla tengo que poner esos discos ???
