upgrading memory TC-605. question about bandwidth

I am looking at buying another 8GB stick for my second slot. In my first slot it says PC3-12800 (800MHz). The most commonly found RAM I am finding are PC3-12800 DDR3-1600. Will that work in my second slot? Does this affect voltage? This is a bit confusing to me. Thanks.

second quick edit.. in my task manager it is showing the RAM speed as 1600MHz. I'm assuming Windows is reading this incorrectly but not positive.

It says 800 because it's DDR (Double Data Rate).  It's normal that CPU-Z says 800.  It's normal that task manager says 1600.
