fan speed and heat ?

hi all 
i have a quiestion 
recently i got my laptop ( helios 300 )
the problem is the fans runs at 4500-5000 rpm and its really disturbing 
it feels like the laptop is going to take off !!! 
 is it ok to let the fans runs at this speed for ling time ?
btw , the Temp. dont pass 80

    The reason for your fan spinning that much is because of the heat that the processor withstands. Fans speeding up is a good thing and increases the lifespan of your CPU. The temperature seems normal as well. Perhaps you might need to test various applications and less multitasks and see if that fixes this?

    yeah its really cooling down my cpu, but is it ok the fan runs in that speed ? i feel like it will worn out very fast
