Hello everyone.   I have an Acer Desktop  Processor & Chipset

Intel®

Processor Type

Pentium®

Processor Model

E5400

Processor Core

Dual-core (2 Core™)

Processor Speed

2.70 GHz

Cache

2 MB

Bus Speed

800 MHz

64-bit Processing

Yes

Chipset Manufacturer

NVIDIA

Chipset Model

nForce 630i

The problem I am having is it will load to the splash screen for Acer and then the monitor screen turns black.  I spoke to Microsoft about it and they said to contact Acer for a ISO or repair disk.  The desktop is no longer under warranty so no unpaid help to solve the problem.   What I can not seem to find is how to start the desktop in the emanagement (?)mode if in fact it even has one.  I am somewhat of a newbie in this area so please bare with me.   I think I need to re install windows 7 is this correct and if so how do I go about it with this desktop.  Please and thank you so much for your help
