This blue screen pop out every time I try to turn off or restart my laptop (Predator G9-793 \\ win 10)
I don't know if this would help but since this screen started appearing, I haven't been able to make my laptop sleep. whenever I press sleep or close my lid it turns off! (nothing is wrong in power options)
Thanks in advanced.

I think this is caused by outdated drivers. Go to Nvidia and Intel and update the graphics drivers.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

You can try running the OS in safe mode to the check if the problem comes from a corrupted system file or some 3rd party application/driver. To enter in safe mode hold shift and then 'restart'. If the problem doesn't occur in safe mode, then it comes from a driver.
