I have an Acer Aspire E15 E5-576G
It wrote USB3.1 Reversible Type-C connector on the laptop
May I know, Can I charge the laptop with a type-c connector?

Your USB-C port is 3.0(3.1 gen 1) and doesn't support charging. It is a power output only.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Laptops mentioned in the above url can be charged with Type-C.Your model is not mentioned here,so no.
    Hope that helped you.

Hi I have Acer Aspire E5-576G-85JM laptop.

    -Model number E5-576G
    -Part number - 85JM
    -CPU - Core i7 -8550U Generation 8
-GPU- NVIDIA GeForce MX 130 2GB
    -Intel GPU 620 UHD
    -Operating system - Windows 10

I also have a USB c port, and will i be able to use this port in order to outuput 4k/60hz to my 4k tv. I have done some research and identified my hdmi port only supports 1.4 although my Intel GPU is able to output at 4k/60Hz. I am planning to use an adapter which converts usb-c to HDMI 2.0.
