While playing (witcher3,tales of besperia) sometimes I can see diagonal slashing on my screen esp. when moving camera angles. Do upgrading my gpu driver can fix this? Thanks in advance.

Honestly, you will only know if you update your drivers.

It more sounds like screen tearing/loading of sorts. Do you have VSync enabled? Take a look Here for NVIDIA settings.

    Hi @ ZielNazareth

Uninstall and delete the existing Intel video driver.
    Install driver version 15.47.02.4815.

Go to the Intel website and download driver version 15.47.02.4815 for the HD Graphics 630.

You can also try Adjust Gaming Settings

Is the intel gpu affecting the game? Not the nvidia gforce 1060?

It could be either. The NVIDIA GPU is not directly connected to the screen. The NVIDIA GPU processes the graphics, and sends it back through the Intel graphics then to the screen.

Yes the vsync is on in the graphic option in the game. Later I'll check it out again and report back. Thanks

Updating drivers from Intel site will not work. I tried this many times. Acer adapts Intel drivers and any others doesn't work. You have to do download those from Acer Driver site chosing your model. That is the only way to make Intel graphic work good.

The minimum requirements for The Witcher 3 asks for 6GB of RAM, so it is extremely likely you are correct in needing more RAM.

Thank you guys for the time for answering my questions! Helped me a lot! The tearing is gone and the lag issue must be because of my stock 4gb ram and should have upgrade it.
