Hi all. I am struggling to find out what the exact specifications of this model are. Checked manual and various places...
I want to connect external 4K monitor and run it at 60Hz. Is it possible?
I heard you need HDMI 2.0 or it can also work via USB-C 3.1 to HDMI 2.0 adapter?

If 4K at 60Hz is not possible, is just 4K possible?

Note, I don't want to use it for gaming or video editing of course. Just office work.

Thanks!

The HDMI version of your device is 1.4b(4k@30fps). The USB type c port is 3.0(3.1 gen 1), so I doubt it supports video output.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    SF514-51 doesn't support video output on USB-C
    I'm not an Acer employee.
