The processor Intel i5-8250U only works on 1.6 Ghz turbo-boost does not work even with the connected charging .. did not help even the reinstallation of windows... return the laptop under warranty?

Well, Turboboost works if you all the cores are used. Are you pushing your Windows to a limit where your Turbo boost is needed?

The CPU has to get that much load for the feature to work. If it still doesn't work, perhaps it might be the option to send it back for a return. Yet again, it will be awkward to see it working then. Maybe run a benchmark on some games if possible as it will do a stress test.

I'm in games, and I noticed that the processor does not improve the cleanliness above 1.6 GHz

decided something like a problem through RealTemp, but after rebooting Windows turboboost is again disabled!
