Hairline scratch or cracks in helios 300(Chassis)? is it normal?

Hello guys!, I just bought a Bnew helios 300 and after a day. I saw a hairline scratch or something like a small crack in the chassis. is this normal guys?

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Hi,
    What is that white powdery stuff? I think it's quite normal to have those lines, they are not cracks, I believe it's the surface design as mine looks similar to yours but in your picture it looks more like a scratch because of the white stuff I guess.

    mine's a crack bro. been replace a unit twice but still no good. My concern is will it worsen in the future?

    These lines are normal. I found a picture of helios 300 and it has the same lines.
