To repair the corrupt PST file some of the free utilities could be used. Microsoft Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) is such an inbuilt utility which scans and repairs the corrupt PST file.

First, find the location of Scanpst.exe on your computer system. Before you do anything with the .pst file, make a backup of the same.

Once backed up, run scanpst.exe from possibly: \Program Files\Microsoft Office from your installation directory (C:).

As I said, make sure that you back up your .pst file. This is very important.

    BElieve in YOUrself.

First one you may check and apply methods below, to read articles and guides, to use manual, and finally only in case nothing of these appears ineffective, then take a look at .ost to .pst

Useful article from Microsoft dedicated your trouble - https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Repair-Outlook-Data-Files-pst-and-ost-25663bc3-11ec-4412-86c4-60458afc5253
