ACER ASPIRE E14 E5-476G problem when gaming

i just bought the laptop 3 months ago....then,i install fifa 18 steampunk on my laptop. the game work smoothly in the first three week. in the 4th week the game start lagging and always stuck...i also always force shutdown the laptop because when the game stuck i cant do anything including when i press windows button nothing happen...so i search the internet to solve this problem....i update the laptop,i install graphic tools,directx end user runtime web installer,i update nvidia driver,i increase laptop performance by "adjust for best performance" in the "advanced setting", i also reduce the fifa 18 graphic quality to the low quality but the game still stuck...someone please help me

Hi haznaldo, 

Check if there was any windows updates that has caused the game to lag anf freze.
You may try ther below mentioned fix.
Right-click on the Start Menu button to open the WinX Menu.
Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
Type the following into the elevated Command Prompt and then press Enter:
bcdedit /set useplatformclock false

This could also happen when the Antivirus  is scanning in the background, try uninstalling and check if the issue is fixed.
