Hello, I recently purchased an XB271HU with a GTX 1080. I tried configuring it to 144 hz but the only options that I have in windows settings and Nvidia control panel are 59hz and 60hz. I use a DisplayPort and an HDMI.
I read in forums that HDMI doesn't support 144 hz but whenever I plug my HDMI cable out I don't get a signal. I have a DVI-D socket in my GPU (I've read it supports 144hz) but the monitor itself doesn't have that socket.
Any help would be appreciated.

    HI Yovel,
Please check the monitor OSD menu if there is an option to change the Display Port version mode.
Then reboot the machine and Windows should now allow 144Hz. If Windows > Screen Resolution > Advanced does not have that as an option, do it from NVIDIA Control Panel.
HDMI 1.3 or higher can also be used to output 1080p content at 144Hz.
