I see this error when I turn on my computer. I started to get this error, after I installed some updates from acer website.
I have tried this link but I didn't get anything.

This means that your Hard Disk Drive is not getting detected Alisa. Turn off the computer and when you turn and see the Acer logo, press F2 and you'll access the BIOS. In this screen, your mouse won't work. You can use your arrow keys and on the top, you'll see the option boot (4th tab). Check if you find any information under HDD or anything that says IDE HDD. If you see nothing, it is a sign that your hard disk is not getting detected. Also if you see something call the boot priority, let me know and I'll let you know what to do next. It is not easy to access the screen but with some trial and errors, you can.

As you said, I opened this tab and I see 2 HDDs:
    1. HDDO: WDC WD10JPVX- . . .
    2. HDD1:
    3. ...
    .
    .
    .
    8. ...

So your hard disk drive is getting detected. This means that your Hard Disk is probably working but the data is corrupted or so. You can go ahead and try pressing the Alt Gr+F10 and that will give you an option to boot the computer. However you will lose all your hard disk data including all your files and folders as this will format the HDD.

If your machine is under warranty, you can contact Acer support and they'll help you in this regard. Let me know what happens iight?

    ;)

it's Alt+F10 not Alt Gr and...if your OS is windows 10, you can try first to repair your installation and then to re-install windows.

if your laptop has UEFI BIOS, please follow these steps:

    1) download a windows 10 iso using Microsof tool:
select the proper windows 10 version (the same installed on your laptop) and choose to save it as iso file when prompted
    2) download Rufus:
plug your USB flash drive, run Rufus then:
select ISO image from the dropdown menu near "Create a bootable disk"
click on the little icon on the right and browse to the windows 10 downloaded iso file
as  Partitions scheme select "GPT partition scheme for UEFI"
    as File system select "FAT32"
    click on Start
wait until it finish, then uplug your USB flash drive
    3) backup all your personal data *
    4) Reboot to BIOS, pressing F2 at boot, then press F9 to load default and F10 to save and exit
    5) plug your USB flash drive and at boot press F12 (if F12 doesn't work, see if it auto-recognise the USB flash drive or press F2 to enter BIOS and enable F12 boot menu under BOOT tab), choose the USB flash drive as bootable device

Click on Troubleshoot and in the Advanced options. First thing you may try is the Automatic Repair.

if it's not working, you can only re-install windows loosing all your data.
