Strange "helicopter"-like sound on startup - Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51

Hello everyone.
Lately upon booting up my Nitro 5, there has been a very strange and loud sound emitting from it. This seems to not happen when I have my headset plugged in while starting up, and/or an HDMI cable in. It may be that the sound is not working because it's going through different audio devices other than the built-in speakers on the laptop. But I am not sure. I am hoping someone in this community has experience with issues like this one, and can help me out.
Here is a video of the sound (starts at :11, and it is pretty loud, so be warned):

Hi,
Have tried reinstalling the Audio drivers for both devices in Device manager? If not, give it a try.
