Number to call to get an actual Acer rep for 4th laptop repair on a bad drive

Long story short.  Laptop has already been in 3 times for a bad hard drive, each time they only replaced the drive.  The rep over the phone said if it happens again they would replace the laptop.  So now its happened again, but a little past that "long" 3 month warranty and now everything just directs me to the 3rd party out of warranty line.  I need to know how to contact actual ACER to get my laptop replaced as it is now 4 times with a bad drive.  Sorry if this seems short, but the phone system is not geared to handle this type of thing.
