G9-793 doesn't have integrated graphics(disabled from BIOS, because of the G-sync display). The device only uses GTX1070.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

You can't, the only way is to mod the BIOS, which voids the warranty.

Can you go to Nvidia control panel and check if there is an option to enable G-sync?

Can I have your device's full model number g9-793-xxxx? I want to find out whether your device should have integrated graphics and whether it has a G-sync panel. I believe all g9-793s have G-sync.

Meanwhile, you can try updating the BIOS and see if that helps. Download version 1.13. Before exectuting the installation make sure the battery is fully charged and laptop connected to AC adapter. It may restart several times during the installation.

Sorry, for talking this long. Your laptop's display should support G-sync and integrated graphics is disabled. Contact your retailer and ask for a replacement.

Unfortunately no, unless you find someone who can mod your BIOS and enable this option(it might not work, because if the dedicated GPU is physically connected to the display and the iGPU is physically isolated, then even modding the BIOS won't help).

If you are completely sure your device should not have Gsync, that is fine. No g-sync means that it is likely that integrated graphics should be there as mentioned in your product's specs on the retailer's webpage. That is why I still suggest you to contact your retailer.

Please look at the specs shown here. It is clearly written that your model supports G-sync.

Edit: As it is shown on Acer's page, this exact model comes with a G-sync screen from the factory, which means that there is an issue with the G-sync of your device or the screen is being replaced with a non-g-sync one.

Download HWiNFO to check your screen's model number. Please post it back here:

OK my Predator 17 was also bought in Asia and it most definitely supports G-Sync, however mine is a G9 793-71N2

Looking I think the G9 793-76KV is a US International variant (part No NH.Q17AA.004) and advertised as having G-Sync, however as stated in the review below G-Sync is only enabled for compatible external displays (5:21)

    Hi asad814,

Sorry to hear you having problems, i have verify the specs/SKU of this model and it does have G-SYNC, if you are not able to see it, then you need to contact your local Acer support Center to have a technician diagnose your unit.

    Thanks,
    Acer-Manny
