I was wondering if i can upgrade my RAM to 32GB and add M.2 SSD? and is it possible to have eGPU on m.2 slot. Additional Info: Specs: E5-576G-58RV i5-8250u 4GB DDR3L RAM 1TB HDD NVIDIA MX150

    You can install up to 32GB(2x16GB) DDR4 RAM up to 2400MHz. You have an M.2 port for M.2 SSD(recommended max capacity 512GB), which is SATA. You can't connect an eGPU to the M.2 port.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    If you have DDR3 RAM installed in your system doesn't mean you can't install DDR4 RAM - the CPU supports it. This is the info I have from Acer about the RAM:
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    are you sure about the ddr4 my ram is ddr3
