0% available (plugged in, charging) but not charging with replacement battery

my laptop battery just died after 2 years so I got a replacement battery but I just get 0% available (plugged in, charging) but not charging its an Aspire E5-573G

    Have you got the correct replacement battery compatible with this model?

    Open device manager, under the Batteries category, Uninstalled "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery"  and after that on the Device Manager taskbar, clicked Scan for hardware changes. After that device manager detects Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Batterycomponent and reinstalls it.
    Also, check if any BIOS update V1.15 is installed for your computer.

    that did not work and  i got BIOS version 1.37

    and the replacement battery is the same model as the oldone
