Why does my Aspire ES 15 laptop suck so much?

It takes 3x the amount of time it takes everyone else's laptop to load. One page on my browser can sometimes take up to two missions in Noah's Cradle (3DS) just to appear. A YouTube video won't run on Mozilla, but it will on EDGE, but EDGE can't handle emojis without crashing the page, so I'm stuck using both web browsers for different things, but that eats up RAM like a bowl o' chips on party night, and no matter WHAT I DO, from scans and fixes, to defrags, to updates, to cleaners, to trims, to restarting, NOTHING will make this bloody stupid piece o' **** pathetic excuse for a laptop run any faster! Pretty much the exact same problem I had with both my other laptops, before this one.

It's an ES1-531 model running Windows 10. What do I do with this bloody thing? Chuck it out the window, pound it with a sledgehammer, and hope to god, the next laptop I buy isn't as crappy, or... something else, I don't know?
