I got an Acer R 11 for black Friday this Christmas. From the moment I started using it, the internet kept dropping, and even when it didn't, it would be unable to load webpages. After trying to get it to work for a week, I decided to get a new one from Best Buy with their exchange policy. I am typing this on my new one, two hours from when I got it. I am still having the same issues, and I don't know what is wrong. I've done a lot of troubleshooting before asking this, and I've tried everything. I've powerwashed it, changed the Wi-Fi settings, put in console commands, and reset the router. All other devices work fine with the router, it is just the chromebook that has trouble. I'm not sure if I just purchased a bad model with bad components or it's something to do with the OS version or if it's a compatibility issue. (I have a Netgear router that I got about a month ago, it's new, and on 5ghz) I would appreciate any help or suggestions or anything else. I'm on the newest version of chrome OS as of January 13th, 2018.
