Can you add more details about the issue? Do you get any BSODs or the PC just shutdowns/restarts?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number

    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I would recommend you to install the latest nvidia driver from nvidia.com. Let me know if the problem continues.

Updating the BIOS might fix the problem. To check your current BIOS version open RUN and enter msinfo32 . The BIOS version will be shown in system summary. You can download the latest BIOS here. Find your PC from the list. The BIOS can be found under the BIOS/Firmware dropdown. If your BIOS is up to date don't update it.
