I ran the ME firmware flash took that Acer provides in their Intel SA00086 advisory.

This is suppose to update the ME driver and FW.

Well, once I run the flash on my machine(s), I get the following message(s) once I re-run the intel SA 00086 diagnostic tool....
Note: I have seen the message appear on almost everyone of the 20+ machines I ran this on...

Service Intel(R) TPM Provisioning Service is not running. Please contact your system manufacturer for support.
Or I get this other message.
Intel(R) Capability Licensing Service Client software is installed and healthy, but re-key has failed.

Another issue I am noticing is that the script "main.bat" never completes and I keep seeing "ME Online Updating..." scrolling over and over. This has happened for 24+ hrs. A reboot does prove that the flash has taken place, but I still get the errors above.

Overall, this seems to be tied to specifically the N4640G desktop at this time.

I would really appreciate someone from Acer to assist with this as it is completely unaccetiable that Acer's tools do not work correctly.

Same, after installing Acer ME FW update and running SA 00086 Intel Diagnostic Tool am getting message that system has been patched and not vulnerable but however am getting message that "Intel Capability Licensing Service Client is obsolete" and minimum required version is 1.47.715.0
Where and how can i get the update to ICLSC?
