Hello! Recently picked up a g3-710. although I would assume the computer is new, it is a floor modem since the g3-710 I purchased in store with a brand new box somehow came with the wrong graphics card (very very strange). So I returned the new box in exchange for the floor model which had the correct graphics card for this g3-710 model.

Now here is is the issue. I turned on the g3-710 for the first time and it took me through the brand new windows 10 first time set up. Did everything as normal.. ok were set there, computer running fine. NOW I open up my routers page, login, and what do you know. My router states that my ACer g3-710 is CONNECTING TO A HOST some what close by to me. I have NO IDEA what this could be or who it could be connecting to. If I log onto another computer in the home or tablet or phone(tried them all) none of them connect to that host. Only the ACer desktop. Now could it be maybe since it was a floor model that one of the employees could have tampered with it , installed something on it then reset the computer with something still being on the machine?

next question is, if this sounds as strange to you as it does to me, how would I factory reset (or clean install) windows ?
what are your guys thoughts??
