Hi,

We just bought a new PC with GTX 1080 Aorus rev 2.0. The graphics card supports 144hz and we're using the Dual Link DVI cable supplied with the monitor, but are still unable to get 144hz. We've tried an HDMI to display port 1.4 plus HDMI to HDMI but no change. Have also looked to see if any more recent drivers, but to no avail. Nvidia control panel recognises the monitor but it doesn't allow me to select higher than 60hz. I am running Windows 10.

The main reason we bought this monitor was for it's 144Hz capability. Please advise if there's a solution. I see that this question has been asked many times within this community but there doesn't seem to be a conclusive fix.

144 Hz is only supported with the DVI-D DUAL LINK cable
please update your drivers to latest to, if it's still not working, contact Acer support service.

Sorry I'm so late responding, I contacted Acer support ages ago, but still haven't heard back... Thanks for trying to help by the way.
