Where do I go to get the free upgrade kit for my Acer Nitro 5?

I recently purchased the Acer Nitro 5 from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B074Q54GSR?th=1&psc=1) with a 256GB SSD.

I decided to purchase the laptop when I found out there was an empty drive bay, and the "Questions and Answers" section on Amazon said Nitro 5 owners are able to request for an upgrade kit to add an extra drive, according to Acer itself. The answer states, "A: Acer is offering a kit to allow users to add a second hard drive to this model. This kit is available at no charge to US and Canada customers. Please use the link below to contact our customer service group for the HDD upgrade kit for this model.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact ."

I visited the site once I received my laptop, but it was only a customer support page, and if I were supposed to contact Acer through this page, I did not know which method was the correct way. I looked online and tried to complete the "HDD Mounting Kit Request Form" (
https://csapps.acer.com/kit-request/#submit) but I got the error, "Part number NH.Q2QAA.016 is not valid for this form."

What is the correct process to receive the HDD Upgrade Kit? Also, is the warranty automatically active once I received the laptop? If I install the HDD using the Upgrade Kit myself, would it void the warranty?

Thank you in advance for any responses.

I tried to post urls that I think may help but Acer tells me I have not been around long enough to post links.  Look up thread titled "Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51-56U0 SATA cable not provided" The Accepted Answer has a link to the HDD Mounting Kit Request Form.  This may be what you are looking for.  I found Acer Chat to be less than useless and same went for their 1800 line. I'm rather disheartened by their lack of support.

So I think I managed to get this resolved. Calling support on the phone was a joke yesterday. Basically got blown of to call different companies. Just finished with an online chat with support and managed to get thing resolved (hopefully). The should be sending me the hardware needed. Hope this helps other with the same issue.
