XB271HUA Brightness Flicker With Some Programs

I really like my XB271HUA monitor mine is working perfectly with only one small problem. Some programs cause a brightness flicker but once the window is minimized the flicker stops (Handbrake and Escape From Tarkov Launcher to name 2 off the top of my head. Its only with 5 programs/game launchers. Usually when the application is loading but sometimes when its just open doing nothing

I am running at the default 144hz Adaptive contrast is at 0. Adjusting windows scaling changes nothing and it still happens. Is this software or firmware? It doesnt seem like a hardware issue to me
