Vertical displacement after Windows 10 upgrade

Since the upgrade, more than 1/2" of the screen (more than the height of the taskbar) is so low that the manual or the automatic vertical positioning adjusters using the on-monitor controls will not recover the section.  I would be grateful for any help.

    It is a bit more complicated.  I tried various troubleshooting strategies, and one was revealing.  When I changed to a different screen resolution, then returned to the recommended (1920 x 1080, highest) resolution, the screen might be either far horizontally (right) or far vertically (down) displaced, depending on which different resolution I tried.

    Please mention the model number of your device.

    You may go to device manager and check if the correct display driver are installed. If not download and install the display driver from Acer support page.
