Laptop heats up while charging(Acer Predator Helios 300)

I just Bought a acer predator helios 300 17 inch laptop from usa to india..While playing games or using maya the normal temperature is 50-55 degree celcius(While not on charging)..while charging if i open the same applications the temperature is above 75 degree celcius..Even my friend has bought a same laptop from usa,we both have the same problems..The laptop performance is good...I just wanted to know if this is normal or if not what can i do for this problem(my average room tempertaure 25 degree celcius)

    This isn't an issue. When the laptop is not charging the CPU and GPU don't work at their full capacity(about 50% of total power). The power input is limited, therefore the heat created will be less. When connected to charger the CPU and GPU can now work at maximum power and the more the power, the higher the heat generated will be. You will also notice that the FPS of the game will increase when connecting the laptop to charger.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    For a laptop 85C for the CPU and up to 80C for the GPU is considered normal. Anything more than that shouldn't be worrying, unless it goes higher than 90C for CPU and higher than 83C for GPU averagely.
