Intel SA 00075 and Acer M4630G Desktop

Hello,

I am running the Intel SA 00075 Mitigation and Detection Tool on my PC.
It is showing that the PC is vulnerable.

Risk Assessment
Based on the analysis performed by this tool, this system is vulnerable.

Explanation: 
The detected version of the Management Engine firmware is considered vulnerable for INTEL-SA-00075.

I ran the unprovisioning tool and got the following results.

I then went ahead and rebooted the desktop.
Once I rebooted, I re-ran the intel 00075 detection tool and it is still showing my machine is still vulnerable.

I then went ahead and tried to update the the firmware Acer has provided..
C:\Users\test\Desktop\ME_9.1.41.3024_20170516\ME_9.1.41.3024(20170516)\FWUpdate\WIN64\FLASHx64.bat
Once I run the firmware update, I see a log file get created. I checked the log and have the following error...
Error 8193: Intel (R) ME Interface : Cannot locate ME device driver


Has anyone else came across this issue and / or have a solution?

    I like to see that Acer is willing to give some advise on this issue.

    It is like pulling teeth to try and get any answer from Acer or Intel.
