***** warranty repair experience in Malaysia!!!!

I sent to the Highpoint services center LowYat in 20-11-2017, and today just receive a call UNABLE TO REPAIR and ask me to TAKE IT BACK.

I keep calling to service center day by day, and they told me still waiting for apart still waiting for a part!!!!
my CASE ID is : 2787562Y, everything got record!!!

    The latest Highpoint status reports is still waiting for parts.  I suggest you send them an email at ama.acercare@acer.com and also send a message at their www.highpoint.com.my contact link. Still looks like it's under a warranty repair order to be fixed.  Jack E/NJ
