I have received my laptop 2 days ago, on the first day it worked perfectly fine, but since I have updated my Nvidia and Intel drivers and it has been taking my laptop 5 minutes to boot up since( it tells me welcome, then a black screen for 5 minutes after I type in my pin). would anyone know the solution to this?

Please check if you have the updated version of BIOS. if not, visit the Acer Drivers and Manuals page and update it.
To check the BIOS version in 'run' command type 'msinfo32' press enter. Then a new window will appear. On the left side click on system summery. On the right side will appear an info about the system. Look for BIOS version.

You can try uninstalling the current drivers, restart the PC and let windows download and install them.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
