blinking screen in Acer Aspire E5-774G-582T

Hi
I have Acer Aspire E17 E5-774G-582T
and it comes with 1000GB HDD
SO I bought a new SSD Drive and I install a new windows 10 pro on the new SSD drive
everything Untill the windows setup the Intel HD 620 driver, the screen start to blank with horizon lines

I tried to reinstall the driver from acer support website, but the screen still blinking
I tried to copy the old windows from my HDD but I failed 
I tried to download the HD 620 from Intel website, but it doesn't complete installing and give me error, so I went to safe mode and uninstall the old intel HD 620 drive and install the new driver, still the same issue 
please give me your advise

Update
I went back to my old HDD with the windows 10 Home ,and it goes fine and the screen was fine
but windows did some update , and the screen start Flickering again @!@!

Now I know that the windows update makes this problem but witch one and how I fix it
