How do I get this computer to work with my Samsung TV and an oculous rift?

I recently bought an Acer Desktop Computer Aspire GX-785-UR16 Intel Core i5 7th Gen 7400 (3.00 GHz) 8 GB DDR4 1 TB HDD AMD Radeon RX 480 Windows 10 Home 64-Bit for Oculus Rift gaming. It will boot up and work just fine if I only have 1 regular computer monitor plugged into the graphics card without the oculus rift plugged in.  After it is booted up I can plug in the oculus rift and plug in my TV and they will work just fine.  I can then go and unplug the computer monitor and the tv and the oculus still work fine.  But If I go to restart the computer then the computer monitor and the tv monitor are blank.  Any ideas what is going on with this?

I have opened up the Radeon Settings and the Display settings in windows and made it that the only monitor is my TV and it works until I restart the computer and nothing shows up on the tv.

I believe this is an issue with the graphics card but I really don't know enough about this stuff.  My goal is to have my TV as my only monitor and be able to leave the oculus rift plugged in at all times.

The TV is a Samsung UN65MU6070FXZA

I have the computer monitor connected with a displayport cable, I have the TV connected with a displayport to HDMI cable because the TV only has HDMI, and the oculus rift only uses HDMI.  The graphics card has 3 display port outlets and only 1 hdmi outlet.
