Battery drain when pluged in

My laptop Hellios 300 loses charging power when playing games even though it's plugged in, 2 hours and battery at 88%, when i stop gaming it quickly recharges to full, is this normal?

    This is considered normal and it reduces the harm caused to the battery. Usually, while the battery is charging and being drained at same time, it is good to keep it between 80%-100%. In some cases the percentage may drop lower than 80, but it will never go below 30%.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
