Problem with my audio jack?

Hi.

So recently I bought Aspire E5-475G, but there is this problem that keeps bothering me so much. It seems like the 3.5mm audio jack not working as it should.

Here is the story:
I tried to connect my headphone into it, choose headphone in the Realtek pop up (which device did you plugged in), then tried to play some music. There is this problem. The sound on my left ear is normal, but the right don't. The right ear volume is so low that I can't almost hear it. I know you could just balance it in the playback settings, but this make both sides even lower. I need to crank up the volume up to 100% to be able to clearly hear the sounds.

The interesting part is that if I change the Realtek pop up to headset, it works flawlessly, no unbalanced sound between the left and right. But headset mode gives me another problem. The mic doesn't work in this mode.

I've tried other modes but it just makes another problem.
- Line In, mic and output both uses laptop built in mic and speaker
- Mic In, mic doesn't work, output from laptop speaker
- Headphone, both mic and output works using my headphone, but the output is really unbalanced
- Speaker Out, same as Headphone
- Headset, output works flawlessly, but mic is dead

So can somebody help me with this problem? It isn't my own headphones since if I use it in other laptop or my android it just works normally. I've tried to reinstall the driver but no result.

Strange thing is, my friend bought this E5-475G too (minor version difference) but he didn't have this problem.

Thanks.
