Predator Helios 300 PH317-51 Randomly Shutting Down on battery power

I have updated the BIOS, and have tried battery reset, per Acer instructions, several times. The laptop has never randomly shut down while connected to the charger. I am pretty certain this is a battery issue. What else can I do/try to fix this issue ? The only thing I haven't done is detach the bottom part of the case to examine the battery, but I rather not do that considering it will void warranty and I have had this laptop for about a month.

instead of opening the bottom, try to tight the screws a little, maybe one is a little bit loose.
if it still shuts down, i would contact Acer support service, maybe the battery cable is a little loose or the bottom cover sensor is not well seated and trigger the shutdown.I'm not an Acer employee.1 -

If you have a similar issue, you can update BIOS as it can fix the problem if it is software related and then contact Acer support if it doesn't help.Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my laptop (Acer F5-573T). My computer is only 2.5 years old and I have verified that the battery is still in good condition. The computer shuts down without warning randomly when I am on battery (I can't consistently re-produce the issue - it happens randomly and without any warning). The problem does not occur when I am using the computer on AC power (using the AC adapter).
I have tried the following:
1. Reinstalled Windows 10
2. Updated the BIOS
3. Disabled the Intel Parameter Service which was causing a lot of errors in the error logs
None of these things solved the issue.
I took my computer to my local Acer authorised service centre and they could not figure it out.
Has anyone been able to resolve this problem or have any suggestions on what it could be?

@akki998 I was experiencing the same problem. I followed the suggestions on the posts below and they seem to have solved the issue for me - I have not had any unexpected shutdowns for the past few days. (I put some electrical tape on the part of the back cover that presses down on the interlock switch on the motherboard).
