Heya again , i got an acer predator helios 300 ph317 version , i play Destiny 2 on like low settings and Vsync-ON and my CPU stands on around 60-72*C usage 30-55% and my GPU 50-63*C and usage of 40-70% usage .. right so laptop gets pretty heated , i guess these temperatures are okay for a laptop i want to know if DOES harm it ..like it lowers it life or something , and if it harms then what can i do to prevent any future problems with the laptop ( i don't know much about laptops ..but i love this one :( and i don't want to destroy it cause of harcore gaming )

These temperatures are fine. Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent the laptop from not heating up. Usually laptops don't die, because of damage to other component. CPU and GPU don't die easily, so just keep gaming when you want to and don't worry about these things.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

As @ven98 said, laptops do not generally die because of heat. Intel and NVIDIA has built-in regulators that turn off the computer if it gets too hot and there is no way to prevent the laptop from getting hot. When you are making it work hard, its going to heat up.

Those temperatures are not hot at all. When gaming, I usually hover around 80C on my CPU, and that is after repasting the CPU (maybe I did it wrong, but they are better than before when they hit 90C+). Even if it runs in the 90C range, the life expectancy of a CPU is 10+ years with average cooling, so even if it degraded the CPU by 1 year, that is still longer than what laptops are used for (especially gaming as computer technology becomes outdated every year).

I wouldn't worry about it too much, and if you wanna help with the heat buy a cooling pad.
