Keyboard and USB port not connecting to monitor.

Hi.. 
So I've recently got an issue with my Acer One 10 laptop in which the keyboard and usb port just doesn't work. I tried restarting and it will just get me stuck on the Acer loading screen until I take out the dock. Once it loads to the login screen, I put back the dock and the keyboard was not functioning. It used to work if I wait until the screen fades to black (for no any inputs for too long) but now it just doesn't do anything at all. I disabled touchscreen because of another problem I won't cover in this post, so I can't get into my laptop with touchscreen.

I tried replacing my keyboard and still cannot get it to work. Hoping someone has an answer for both of us
