Hi all.
Any help much appreciated.

When I start up my win10 laptop, 9 times out of 10 I have to restart it all over again to be able to connect to the internet. 9 Times out of 10 this works and the internet connection is fixed miraculously.

So when I first start win10 the wifi symbol will usually show it has signal with a number of bars but hovering over it displays the message...
[My connection name]
Internet Access
Unidentified Network
No Internet Access

Sometimes, like right now for instance, it displays this message and the internet still works. Bit weird.

Sometimes an exclamation mark appears on the symbol. Then it definitely won't work. Sometimes the wifi symbol is replaced with the 'no connectivity' symbol like a tiny screen with a cable on the left with a red cross bottom right and that isdouble game over. But nearly always restarting the laptop fixes it.

Very rarely, I don't need to restart I can just click the wifi symbol and try reconnecting to my wifi.

Why do I have to restart my laptop to connect to the internet? Why can't it just work first time? My fix doesn't seem to be a coincidence ie if I've started up my laptop the first time and my internet connection, as usually happens, doesn't work, it seems like it doesn't matter how long I wait, only restarting the laptop will fix the problem.

To be honest I don't find this that annoying anymore. It's just one of my laptops quirks but it would save me quite a lot of time, accumulatively, if the connection would work first time every time.
