if that specs are not wrong, 144Hz was not tested by Acer, only 60Hz, but again this does not means that is not supported. Based on the SG what i can only confirmed is that 60Hz was tested and is the minimum.

about infos...be an ACE Trailblazer gives you some benefits :)

What about all the people who have successfully utilized high hz output external monitors?
I feel you guys should correct your statement as there as A LOT of people who can and your incorrect statements only discourage due to being an "ACE Trailblazer" others look up to you.

    That were the official specs.
ACEs have no responsability about Acer's specs, don't blame us.

Not blaming anyone.. Just stating that you should correct your statement since others look to you for support and you may discourage a purchase of a Helios from this.

Is that why my username has disappeared? You think I'm blaming you? Lol

    Hi all,

The Predator Helios 300 can support minimum refresh rates of 60Hz for 4K/2K and higher than 60Hz refresh rates if the resolution is lower than 4K/2K. 60Hz is the minimum refresh rates that were tested for this unit.

Please lets be mindful to keep a friendly, courteous and polite environment in the community, under the ACUA “Member Contributions to the Acer Community” sections 2 and 3 says:

    2. Be respectful, courteous and polite:  All users of the Acer Community should feel welcome and comfortable participating.  The Acer Community is global in nature.  Therefore users will have the ability to meet and interact with people from around the world.  Be respectful of other cultures and those who use English as a second language.  Acer will not tolerate the posting of content which is rude, libelous, inflammatory, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, or any comments made in a sexual, racial, cultural or ethnic context.

    3. Be relevant. Make sure your contributions are relevant to this forum and to the specific topic, category or board where you post. If you have a new question, start a new topic rather than interrupting a conversation.

It is good always to share any solutions to a user’s concern that has not been resolved yet or even different ways or workarounds to a post that has a solution. Certain steps can work for some users and for others may not work the same way, so is great to have alternative ways to try some solutions out. While is great to have different opinions or ways to find a solution we must keep the experience on the Community respectful, focusing on sharing your knowledge and providing users the solution their looking for and not making a statement to try to correct or point out any errors that other may have published.  The ACEs have access to documentation that they use to answer user questions, if there is a discrepancy in the documentation they work hard to report it to Acer so we can fix it.
